Applicable to End Users
Some Android devices run a modified version of Google's stock Android OS instead of the standard version. Such devices require additional settings to receive messages and calls while the device is in sleep mode or battery saver mode. The Capture Mobile app app displays a permission dialog for these additional settings according to the make and model of the Android device. When prompted, configure the required settings to receive messages and calls while the device is in sleep mode or battery saver mode.

Samsung phones support battery-saver optimization settings for each application. When prompted during account set-up, turn off battery optimization. For more information, see Signing In to the App.
If the app did not prompt battery optimization settings during account set-up:
Open Settings > Apps.

Tap the
icon.Tap Special access > Optimize battery usage.

In the Optimize battery usage screen, tap the drop-down and select All.
Search the Capture Mobile app.
Turn-off battery optimization for Capture Mobile app.
Xiaomi and Redmi
Xiaomi and Redmi phones support battery saver background settings for each application. To change background settings during account setup:
When prompted, tap GO TO SETTINGS.
Tap Background Settings.
Tap No restrictions to turn off battery saver.

If you have previously tapped DON’T ASK ME AGAIN, to update background settings:
Open Settings > Apps.
Tap Manage Apps.

Tap Capture Mobile.
Tap Battery saver.

Tap No restrictions to turn off battery saver.
Huawei
Huawei phones support app launch settings for each application. To change background settings during account setup:
When prompted, tap GO TO SETTINGS.
Turn off Manage automatically.
Tap OK.
If you have previously tapped DON’T ASK ME AGAIN, to update background settings:
Open Settings > Battery.

Tap App launch.

Turn off Manage automatically for Capture Mobile app.
Tap OK.
