The Android Capture app requires you to Allow the following permissions on your mobile device:

Access contacts information | Allows the app to read your contacts' names to send messages and make calls to your contacts through the app. |
Read device address book | Allows the app to read your address book to display the contact name in the organization archive. |
Access phone logs | Allows the app to access phone logs. |
Manage phone calls | Allows to app to make and manage phone calls. |
Access media on mobile device | Allows the app to access photos and video on the mobile device. |
Manage battery optimization | Allows the app to receive messages and calls in sleep mode. |
Access files for recording | Allows the app to access files and folders in the device to save call recordings. |
Disable Remove Permissions | Prevents the mobile device from revoking the permissions. |
