The Mobile Capture application allows you to exchange SMS, media, and voice calls with your clients, and secure IP messages, media, and calls with your colleagues. The application is available on Google Play Store for Android devices and Apple App Store for iOS devices.
Your organization will give all employees using Mobile Capture a separate enterprise number. Employees must download and install Mobile Capture that is associated with their enterprise number. The app, installed on the employees' personal phones, can be used to communicate with clients using SMS, media, and calls.
In this solution, all work-related communications are captured. Personal communications are kept private. You can choose to archive the captured communication to a supported third-party storage destination. To archive the captured communication, inform the Smarsh onboarding team during onboarding.
