Enterprise Number Capture (ENC) enables your organization to capture and archive all business communications linked to enterprise-assigned numbers. Each employee is provided with a unique enterprise number, and work-related communications associated with that number including SMS, media, calls, and messaging are securely captured for compliance and record-keeping while keeping personal messages private.
To use ENC, employees install the Capture Mobile app on their Android or iOS devices and associate it with their enterprise number. This allows work communications sent or received through the enterprise number to be captured automatically. You can also choose to archive these captured communications to a supported third-party storage destination, just notify the Smarsh onboarding team during setup to enable archiving.
