The Mobile Capture application allows you to exchange SMS, media, and voice calls with your clients, and secure IP messages, media, and calls with your colleagues.

Signing in to Mobile Capture

You can sign in using one of the following methods:

  • A new phone number

  • An existing account

  • Single Sign-On (SSO) on iOS or Android

Managing Contacts

The Contacts screen of the application displays all contacts from the user's mobile device. For more information, see Managing Contacts

Managing Messages

The Chats screen of the application displays the list of recipients with active chats. For more information, see Managing Messages

Managing Calls

Mobile Capture enables you to make PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) calls to clients and IP calls to colleagues who are using the app. For more information, see Managing Calls
