This topic lists the limitations in Telegram Capture.
If users use the Telegram Web, Telegram Desktop, or the native Telegram app with the same account instead of the TM TLGRM app for long periods, communication data from the Web, Desktop, or native apps are not archived. To archive data from Telegram Web, Desktop, or native apps these applications must always be synchronized with the TM TLGRM mobile application. To synchronize data between the apps, users must open the TM TLGRM app and keep it active several times a day.
Media files must be manually downloaded in the TM TLGRM app and the Web, Desktop, or native apps. Synchronization between these apps applies only to text messages and does not include media files.
If attachments exceed the maximum file limit of 25 MB, the app archives only the name and type of the attachment, along with a notification about the exceeded file attachment limit. The file itself is not archived. This behavior is applicable to file attachments.
Telegram Capture does not support adding audio disclaimers to audio and video calls.
