Managing Message Bubbles

Applicable to End Users

In a chat conversation thread, you can manage individual message bubbles using available actions.

Managing Message Bubbles in iOS

1. Open a chat conversation.
   Messages are displayed in thread view.

2. Long-press a message bubble.
   A list of available actions is displayed.

3. Select the required action. You can:

   • Star the message

   • Forward the message

   • Copy the message

   • View message Details

   • Delete for Me to remove the message from your view

   

4. To manage multiple messages:

   • Tap More after long-pressing a message.

   • Select additional message bubbles.

   • The Forward and Delete options become available for the selected messages.

   • Tap the required option to perform the action on all selected messages.

Managing Message Bubbles in Android

1. Open a chat conversation. The messages are displayed in thread view.

2. Long-press a message bubble to initiate the selection mode.
   

3. (Optional) When the selection mode is initiated, tap other message bubbles to add them to the selection. The selected bubbles are highlighted.
   

4. Tap the delete icon to delete the selected bubbles.
