You can set personalized automatic replies, also called auto-reply messages, on iOS and Android devices. The auto-reply message is sent even if a user's device is offline. The original message and the auto-reply message are archived after the device comes online.
To set an auto-reply message:
On the CHATS/CALLS screen, tap the menu icon
> Chats.Tap Auto-Reply.

Set the Schedule and Recipients of the auto-reply message.
To set the schedule:
Tap Schedule.
Select one of the following:
Always send: The auto-reply message is always sent until the user turns it Off. Always send is the default setting for Schedule.
Outside of business hours: Set your business hours for each working day. Auto-reply message is sent outside of these hours.
Custom schedule: The auto-reply message is sent during the set time frame. The minimum allowed time frame is one minute.
To set the recipients of the auto-reply message:
Tap Recipients.
Select one of the following:
Everyone: The auto-reply message is sent to everyone who sends a message, including the blocked contacts. However, the auto-reply message is not displayed in the conversation thread.
Company contacts list: The auto-reply message is sent to all contacts under a manager and those added to the global contacts list.
Not in the company contacts: The auto-reply message is sent to all contacts, except those in the global contacts list.
Enter the auto-reply message. By default, an auto-reply message is present. You can edit the default message to customize your auto-reply message. The auto-reply message can have a maximum of 1,460 characters.
Tap SAVE.
When you set auto-reply messages, the message is shown at the top of the Chat screen with a short description and a part of the auto-reply message text. Tap the banner to open the auto-reply message settings.
Note
Auto-reply messages are not sent in group messages.
Auto-reply messages are sent in a broadcast message as one-to-one message with the sender.
Auto-reply messages are not supported for scheduled messages, calls, and voice mails.
You cannot add a signature to an auto-reply message.
An auto-reply message is not sent for a received auto-reply message.
