Long-press a message bubble in a chat conversation to view and perform available actions on the message.
Common actions (iOS and Android)
The following actions are available on both platforms:
Forward: Send the message to another contact
Copy: Copy the message text
Star: Mark the message as important
View Message Details: View message delivery and other details
Delete: Delete the message from your chat

Additional actions on iOS
On iOS devices, you can also click More to select multiple messages and perform bulk actions such as forward or delete.
Additional actions on Android
On Android devices, tap 
to access additional options such as:
Listen (Text-to-Voice): Convert message text to voice
Save Quick Text: Save the message for reuse
Mute Chat: Mute notifications for the chat
Info: View contact or chat information
