Capture Mobile app server has a fallback option to send a message as an SMS in case the IP message was not received by the app.
A message may not be received by the app due to network issues between the app and the server. In such a scenario, the system tries twice to send the message. If the retries fail, the app defaults to SMS fallback. When the message is sent as an SMS, SMS charges apply according to your network plan.
