Secure Mobile Capture provides you with different message statuses and indications to help you track the messages you have sent. The supported message statuses are:
Sending: Indicates that the device is trying to send the message to the server.
Sent: Indicates that the message has been successfully sent and arrived at the server.
Delivered: Indicates that the message has been delivered to the recipient’s device.
Read: Indicates that the recipient has read the message.
Note
Read status is supported only for IP messages and not SMS.
Failed: Indicates that the message failed to send.
Expired: Indicates that the message has expired.
