The following section explains the Singtel Capture workflow:

1. You can provision employees by contacting Singtel directly.

2. All users are first added with Singtel. They can then self-onboard in the Capture Mobile Admin Portal or contact the Smarsh onboarding team for assistance with onboarding to Capture Mobile.

3. When a message is sent through Singtel, the corresponding events are provided to Smarsh for capture.

4. Capture Mobile uses secure location to fetch events or data from Singtel and captures Singtel mobile communication for provisioned employee phones.

5. Messages flow through the Carrier Capture router and are forwarded to the company’s selected archive.
