The following prerequisites must be met to archive the Singtel data:
Ensure that you have a Singtel account and have the necessary billing contact details for completing onboarding forms.
Ensure employees use corporate-owned and corporate-liable mobile phones on Singtel. The product is not available for employee-owned BYOD devices.
Ensure to inform employees that the service is for mobile compliance and governance and that their communications are being archived.
Ensure that you have an administrator account and user licenses from Capture Mobile.
Ensure to disable enhanced messaging services such as iMessage on iPhone devices and Rich Communication Services (RCS) on android devices for message archiving.
Ensure that you have an archive destination for the message data. For more information, see Archiving Singtel Data.
