The following prerequisites must be met to archive the Singtel data:

  • Ensure that you have a Singtel account and have the necessary billing contact details for completing onboarding forms.

  • Ensure employees use corporate-owned and corporate-liable mobile phones on Singtel. The product is not available for employee-owned BYOD devices.

  • Ensure to inform employees that the service is for mobile compliance and governance and that their communications are being archived.

  • Ensure that you have an administrator account and user licenses from Capture Mobile.

  • Ensure to disable enhanced messaging services such as iMessage on iPhone devices and Rich Communication Services (RCS) on android devices for message archiving.

  • Ensure that you have an archive destination for the message data. For more information, see Archiving Singtel Data.
