This topic lists the limitations in Signal Capture:
The maximum supported file size for file attachments is 25 MB. For attachments that exceed 25 MB, Signal Capture archives an indication of the file, including the file name and file type. The actual file content is not archived.
The maximum supported file size for a call recording is 25 MB. If the file size of a call recording exceeds this limit, the recording is split into multiple files and archived as individual call records.
Reply and forward actions are archived as regular messages. The association to the original message is not currently captured and may be supported in a future release.

Signal Stories
Video calls are not captured in Signal Capture. However, the audio channel of a video call can be captured and archived. Calls can also be blocked based on configuration.
Signal Capture does not support Share Extension (iOS) or Sharing (Android) for the SGNL application.
When Signal Capture is used together with Signal Desktop, users must open the Signal mobile application and ensure that messages are synchronized to the mobile device, as capture occurs from the mobile application.
