Refreshing the contact list retrieves the latest contact information from the phone's address book and displays any changes or additions in the Capture Mobile app.
Refreshing Contact List in iOS
To refresh a contact list in iOS, on the Contacts screen, tap refresh icon.
Refreshing Contact List in Android
To refresh a contact list in Android:
On the main screen, tap the Contacts icon.
On the Contacts screen, tap the Refresh icon.
