To archive voice calls using Voice Call Capture, ensure the following prerequisites are met:

  • Your company is added to the Smarsh Capture Mobile platform. Contact Smarsh support to add your company.

  • All employees have installed the Mobile Capture application and are onboarded to Voice Call Capture. Contact your Smarsh representative to onboard employees.

  • Provide the necessary details about the chosen destination, such as Microsoft 365 or SMTP, to your Smarsh representative.

  • The carriers used by employees allow call forwarding. Carriers that do not allow call forwarding are not supported.
