To archive voice calls using Voice Call Capture, ensure the following prerequisites are met:
Your company is added to the Smarsh Capture Mobile platform. Contact Smarsh support to add your company.
All employees have installed the Mobile Capture application and are onboarded to Voice Call Capture. Contact your Smarsh representative to onboard employees.
Provide the necessary details about the chosen destination, such as Microsoft 365 or SMTP, to your Smarsh representative.
The carriers used by employees allow call forwarding. Carriers that do not allow call forwarding are not supported.
