There are three mandatory onboarding steps:
Provisioning WeCom Accounts on WeChat
Smarsh support will provision the accounts on WeCom.
Smrash will provision dedicated users as WeChat sub-admins.
Sub admins will provision additional WeCom users although archiving can only be provisioned by Smarsh support
Provisioning Matching Mobile or Email User Accounts on Smarsh Admin Console
Smarsh support will provision users accounts on Smarsh admin console
Smarsh accounts mobile number and email must match the WeCom accounts mobile or email
Smarsh support will configure the WeCom accounts archive destination according to the customer’s request
