There are three mandatory onboarding steps:

Provisioning WeCom Accounts on WeChat

  • Smarsh support will provision the accounts on WeCom.

  • Smrash will provision dedicated users as WeChat sub-admins.

  • Sub admins will provision additional WeCom users although archiving can only be provisioned by Smarsh support

Provisioning Matching Mobile or Email User Accounts on Smarsh Admin Console

  • Smarsh support will provision users accounts on Smarsh admin console

  • Smarsh accounts mobile number and email must match the WeCom accounts mobile or email

  • Smarsh support will configure the WeCom accounts archive destination according to the customer’s request
