Applicable to End Users
WhatsApp Phone Capture requires you to download all attachments instantly as you receive them and not wait until you are connected to a Wi-Fi network. To ensure you download attachments instantly, modify the Data and Storage Settings on the app:
Open Capture Mobile WhatsApp Phone.
Tap Settings > Data and Storage Settings.
Ensure that Data and Storage Usage is set to Wi-Fi and Cellular for all media types such as photos, audio, videos, and documents.
Note
This is a default setting and cannot be changed from the application.
