Disabling Email and Doc Features

The Doc and Email features in WeCom can be enabled or disabled within the WeCom admin portal.

• The Doc feature can be enabled or disabled for the entire enterprise at once.

• The Email feature can be enabled or disabled for individual employees.

To enable or disable the Doc feature in the WeCom admin portal:

1. Select Collaboration.

2. Select Doc.

3. Toggle the Enabled/Disabled switch.
   

Similar to the Doc feature, individual WeCom user email access can be enabled or disabled within the WeCom admin portal.

To enable or disable email:

1. Select Collaboration.

2. Select Email.

3. Select 邮箱管理 (Email Management).

4. Select 禁用邮箱 (Disable Mailbox) for the desired user.
