Applicable to End Users
You can create chat groups that include both Capture Mobile app users and non-app users (MMS groups). This feature is currently available in the US, UK, and Canada.
When creating a group with both Capture Mobile and non-Capture Mobile users, you will see a disclaimer explaining the feature.
Non-ENA users will receive a welcome message with group details and a link to save the group information.

This is a chat group created by a TM app.
[Group Creator First Name Last Name] from [Company Name] added you to [Group Name] chat group.
For your convenience tap this link to save the group information in your contacts: [download link]
Sending Media
ENA users can view media attachments within the app.
Non-ENA users will receive a link to the attachment through SMS.
Non-ENA users can only send MMS if their carrier supports it.
Limitations:
Adding contacts outside the US, UK, and Canada is not currently supported. Hence, the following error is displayed:
