Voice Call Capture enables you to make calls to all your contacts. This information is not shared with third-parties. The application requires permission to access the contacts on your device. This permission is essential to:
Indicate which of your contacts is already a Voice Call Capture user.
Display the contact's name when you receive a call.
The Contacts screen of the application displays all contacts from the user's mobile device. Users can access contacts from both their mobile device’s global and local directories. The three filters, All contacts, Personal, and Company, help users find contacts easily.
To open the Contacts screen:
On an iOS device, tap Contacts.

On an Android device, tap the menu icon
> Contacts.

To configure which contacts to display:
In the Settings screen, taps Contacts.

In the Contacts screen, enable or disable the Company address book option.
By default, the Company address book option is enabled, and company contacts are displayed in the app's Contacts section.
When the Company address book option is disabled, company contacts are not displayed in the app's Contacts section. The Company list displays No Contacts Found.
