You can add a contact from a chat to your device's Contacts (address book).
Adding Contacts in iOS
To add a contact to your address book in iOS:
Open a chat conversation. Messages are displayed in thread view.
Select ⋮ (the menu icon) in the top right of the screen.
Select Add to Contacts.

On the New Contact screen, enter the required information: First name, Last name, Company, Phone number, and Email address.
Select Done.
The contact is now added and displayed in your Contacts list.
Adding Contacts in Android
To add a contact to your address book in Android:
Open a chat conversation. Messages are displayed in thread view.
Select ⋮ (the menu icon) in the top right of the screen.
Select Add to Contacts.
On the screen that is displayed, enter the required information: Name, Mobile, and Email.
Select Save.
The contact is now added and displayed in your Contacts list.
