When you are onboarding your account to WhatsApp Cloud Capture, the message “Oops, we couldn’t find the page you are looking for” is displayed.
The activation link is unique for each employee. If you try to activate the service with a URL that that is not provisioned for your account, the error message is displayed. For the activation link dedicated to your account or further assistance, contact Smarsh support.
