Applicable to Administrators
Send an email to your account manager, adding the Smarsh Support team in CC. Inform them that the process is complete so they can submit it to Tencent for review. This will usually take a day.
Once the review is complete, you will receive a notification in your WeCom app indicating that the Tencent review process is complete.
On your WeCom app, navigate to WeCom thread.

Click the blue link and approve.

Verification
To verify if the Allowed users are correctly configured:
Open the WeCom console.
Click App Management > Apps.
Click
TeleMessage app.Note
If you do not see the TeleMessage app with the logo, refresh your browser and re-login to the WeCom admin portal.Check whether the current user is within the range of Allowed users.
