Set Up Your Account

Applicable to End Users

After you install Telegram Capture, set up your account to register your number and use the app.

Important

Ensure that you have installed the native Telegram app to receive the verification code.

To set up your account:

1. Open Telegram Capture.
   The app requests permission to allow notifications.

2. Tap Allow.
   

3. Tap Start Messaging.
   The app requests permission to receive phone calls automatically.

4. Tap CONTINUE.
   The app requests permission to allow managing phone calls.

5. Tap Allow.
   

6. Enter your phone number with the country code and tap  .
   The app requests permission to read the call log.

7. Tap CONTINUE.
   The app requests permission to access phone call logs.

8. Tap Allow.
   A verification code is sent to your native Telegram app.

9. Enter the verification code.
   The app requests to collect your contacts' information.

10. Tap AGREE.
    The app requests permissions to access your contacts.

11. Tap Allow.
    

The Telegram Capture Home screen is displayed. You have successfully set up your account.
