The Daily Report feature empowers admins to generate tailored, data-rich reports, providing valuable insights into user activity, messaging trends, and network performance over the last 24 hours.
For Standard tier Admins, this feature supports creating one customizable report that includes selected data columns, specific apps or networks, and defined recipients. Reports are automatically delivered daily through email, helping admins stay informed without manual data extraction.
The Daily Reports table displays the following columns:
Column | Description |
|---|---|
Name | Displays the unique name of the report. Active reports are displayed at the top of the Reports table, while inactive ones are displayed after active reports and sorted alphabetically by report name. |
Status | Displays the status of the report either Active or Inactive. |
Recipients | Displays the number of recipients to whom the reports are delivered. |
