You can reactivate a previously inactive report to resume data tracking or share updated insights. Activating a report moves the report to the top of the Reports table and ensures accessibility for scheduled deliveries or on-demand viewing.
To activate a report:
On the Capture Mobile Admin Portal, click Reports.
On the Reports page, click Daily Report.

On the Daily Report page, find the report you want to activate.
Click the kebab menu (three dots) corresponding to the desired report and select the Activate option from the dropdown menu.

On the confirmation dialog box, click Yes to activate the report.

The report is activated and the status of the report changes to Active and Create New Report is greyed out.
You cannot activate two reports at a time. At any point, you can have only one active report. If any other report is already active, the Activate button is greyed out.

If you hover on the greyed out Activate button, the following error is displayed:

Reactivating an inactive report restores all previous configurations, including scheduling and recipient lists.
If activating fails due to a system error (for example, network issues), retry the process or contact support if the issue persists.
