Changing the Call Records Folder in the App

Applicable to End Users

To change the call records folder in the Android Capture:

1. Open Android Capture.

2. Tap Settings.

   

3. Tap Call Recording.
   

4. Tap SELECT FOLDER.

   

5. Tap CHANGE.

   

6. Select a new folder to save the call recordings.

   The path to the new folder is updated as the call recordings folder on the app.
