Adding Contacts from a Chat

You can add a contact from a chat to your device's Contacts (address book).

Adding Contacts in iOS

To add a contact to your address book in iOS:

1. Open a chat conversation. Messages are displayed in thread view.

2. Select ⋮ (the menu icon) in the top right of the screen.

3. Select Add to Contacts.

4. On the New Contact screen, enter the required information: First name, Last name, Company, Phone number, and Email address.
   

5. Select Done.

The contact is now added and displayed in your Contacts list.

Adding Contacts in Android

To add a contact to your address book in Android:

1. Open a chat conversation. Messages are displayed in thread view.

2. Select ⋮ (the menu icon) in the top right of the screen.

3. Select Add to Contacts.

4. On the screen that is displayed, enter the required information: Name, Mobile, and Email.

5. Select Save.

The contact is now added and displayed in your Contacts list.
