Smarsh provides only the archiving integration and does not supply or provision WeCom licenses. Customers are responsible for obtaining and managing their own WeCom Admin account in China.
Customers can acquire a WeCom Admin account through one of the following options:
Purchase a hosted WeCom account through FuguMobile
Purchase directly from Tencent (for customers with a registered Chinese entity)
Smarsh does not manage, host, or assume liability for the customer’s WeCom Admin environment or hosting.
