Viewing Group Information

Applicable to End Users

The Group info page displays the details, settings, and members of a group.

To view the group information:

Tap the group that you want to view.
At the top of the chat, tap the group picture.

Group Details

The Group info page displays the following details and options:

Scheduled Messages: Displays the scheduled messages for the group.
Starred Messages: Displays the starred messages in the group.
Edit: Opens the screen where you can change the group name and group picture. This option is available to group admins only.
Group picture and group name.
Creator and creation date: For example, Created by you on Jan 12 2026. If another user created the group, the page displays the name of that user.
Mute chat: Turns off notifications for the group. This option is available on Android devices only.

Members

The Members section displays the total number of members. External members appear first, followed by internal members, and both lists are sorted alphabetically. Each member displays a picture and a name. Internal members display the label Int, and admins display the label Admin. If a contact is not in your address book, the phone number appears instead of the name.

If the group has six or more members, the section displays the first five members. To view every member, tap the expand icon or tap See all.

Tap a member to view the following options:

Call <contact name>
Message <contact name>
Make Group Admin or Dismiss as Admin: Available to group admins only.
View <contact name>
Remove <contact name>: Available to group admins only.

Managing the Group

Add contact: To add members to the group. This option is available to group admins only.
Exit group: To leave the group, and the group remains on your device.
Delete & Exit group: To leave the group, and the group is removed from your device.
