In WebChat, internal contacts display the label int. next to their names in the contact list and in threads.
Each chat displays an icon that identifies the chat type: a WhatsApp icon for WhatsApp chats, or an SMS and IP icon for SMS and IP chats.
To view contacts and start a chat:
Next to the profile name, select Compose Message.
Select one of the following options:
New Text Message: Send a message to a contact.
New WhatsApp: Send a WhatsApp message to an existing contact.
From the list of contacts, select the contact that you want to message.
Enter the message in the box, and then select the Send icon.

If a WhatsApp chat has no active session, select Start Chat to send a template message first. For more information, see Sending a Message.
