Understanding Timestamps of Archived Messages

Prev Next

Applicable to Administrators

Capture Mobile timestamps mobile communication data such as SMS, MMS, calls, and voice calls using the UTC time zone. The timestamp is based on the actual time a message or call was made or received. If your organization's archive uses a timestamp different from UTC, Capture Mobile displays the timestamp of events based on the timezone settings of your archive.

This section explains how Capture Mobile represents the timestamp of various mobile communication data.
