Sending Mobile Capture Logs

Applicable to End Users

When you encounter an issue with Mobile Capture, you can send logs from the app to Smarsh support.

Sending Logs in iOS

  1. Tap Settings.

  2. Tap Help.

  3. Tap Send Logs.

  4. (Optional) Add a comment.

  5. Tap Done.

Your request is processed.

The confirmation message is displayed after the logs are successfully sent.

  1. Tap the icon.

  2. Tap Settings.

  3. Scroll down the list and tap Help.

  4. Tap Issue reports.

  5. Tap SEND.
