Resolving WeChat Capture Firewall Issues

To resolve connectivity issues for WeCom users hosted on the WeCom Capture Mobile account due to firewall blocks, the IT officer needs to allow access to the following list of IP addresses. If some of these IPs are blocked, you may experience connection errors when launching the app, preventing the display of the QR login code, or face issues with downloading attachments. Enabling access to these IPs should resolve these problems.

Note

If you are using your own WeCom company account rather than being hosted on the Capture Mobile account, you may have a different list of IPs. To query the IP list for your own WeCom company account, use the WeCom API to get the IP segment of the enterprise WeChat API domain name.

Capture Mobile WeCom Account IP List:

Ensure to whitelist the following IPs to run the WeCom desktop application without any issues related to connection or attachment downloads:
