On an iOS device, when there is an incoming call, it is displayed in the iOS dialer app. You can choose to answer or decline the call. If you answer the call, you can continue the conversation in the Mobile Capture. This is possible due to CallKit integration that allows third-party VoIP apps such as, Mobile Capture to integrate with the iOS dialer app.
