When users open the link to scan the QR code to onboard your account to WhatsApp Cloud Capture, they sometimes see the following error message:
We could not connect to the server. Please ensure your internet connection and try again.
If you encounter this error message, share the networking log from your browser with your Smarsh representative. To collect the networking logs:
Open a new tab in the same browser where you saw the error message.
Open DevTools.
Switch to the Network tab in DevTools.
Open the onboarding page in that tab.
If you see the error message, click the Export HAR button at the top of the Network tab.
Send the exported file to your administrator who will share it with your Smarsh representative.
