This topic lists the prerequisites to set up Capture Mobile to archive WhatsApp Business communications through the WhatsApp Business API.
Ensure that your organization is onboarded to Capture Mobile.
Ensure the following Capture Mobile configurations are enabled for your organization. To enable, contact your Smarsh representative:
Archiving through the WhatsApp Business API.
WhatsApp API side menu on the Admin Portal.
WhatsApp API option for end users in the Capture Mobile app.
Ensure that all users using the WhatsApp Business have a unique email address, as an email address is mandatory to identify the user in the archive.
