Applicable to End Users
When you receive a message, you see a notification in your phone's notification panel. If the message contains an attachment, the notification has information about the message sender and the attachment type.
Note
On iOS devices, you can clear all unread indicators at once from the Chats screen. For more information, see Marking All Chats as Read.
