Mobile Capture enables you to make PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) calls to clients and IP calls to colleagues who are using the app.
Voice calls are limited to 60 minutes. The call is disconnected every 60 minutes. By default, all call recordings are delivered as MP3 files in the Mono, 16 bit, or 32 kbps format to the archive. To customize the data format, contact your Smarsh account manager.
