This topic lists the limitations in Capture Mobile for WhatsApp Business due to limitations from Meta:
A WhatsApp Business user must begin a conversation with a customer using a Meta-approved template.
Each conversation session is active for 24 hours from the time a message or reply is received from the customer. After 24 hours, users cannot send text messages to customers and must initiate a conversation using the Meta-approved templates.
Note
Users must activate inactive conversations using the Meta-approved templates.
All users managed under a single manager communicate with customers using the manager’s Company Enterprise Number.
Delete for Everyone feature is not supported.
Users cannot send files exceeding 25 MB to customers.
Not all media formats supported on WhatsApp are archived by Capture Mobile for WhatsApp Business. Unsupported media files are displayed as a system notification in the chat.
WhatsApp enforces messaging limits based on account quality and usage patterns. High message volumes may result in throttling.
