WebChat is the web version of Mobile Capture application. This allows you to exchange SMS, documents, and videos with your clients, and secure IP messages and files with your colleagues.
Your organization will give all employees using Mobile Capture a separate enterprise number. Employees must download and install Mobile Capture that is associated with their enterprise number. Once you are logged in to the Mobile Capture app you will be able to use WebChat on your browser.
In this solution, all work-related communications are captured. Personal communications are kept private. You can choose to export the captured communication to a supported third-party storage destination. To export the captured communication, inform the Smarsh onboarding team during onboarding.
