Device Specific Issues

HTC ONE:

  • Incoming SMS is not archived when using the native Messaging app.

General Issues

When you are sending or receiving messages with the following content, the attachment might not be archived by Android Capture:

  • SMS messages with an attached contact.

  • SMS messages with an attached calendar entry.

  • MMS messages with a video file.

Note

The text in the above-mentioned messages might still be captured and archived to the organization's archive platform.
