Enrolling Employees for CellCom Capture using Excel Sheet

Note

CellCom completes this form for each customer during provisioning. You do not need to fill this out.

To enroll the employees for the CellCom Capture:

  1. Download the sample template.

  2. Provide the following details in the Account Details tab of the excel sheet:

    1. Admin Full Name: Enter the first name of the admin responsible for your CellCom account.

    2. Admin Primary Email Address: Enter the email address of the admin responsible for your CellCom account.

    3. Admin Primary Phone Number: Enter the phone number of the admin responsible for your CellCom account.

    4. Company Name: Enter the name of your company. This must be the same as displayed on the mobile operator's phone bill.

    5. Company Billing Account Number(s): Enter your Billing Account Number (BAN), a unique identification number assigned by CellCom to you for billing purposes. You can see BAN on your monthly phone bill.

    6. MSD Code (Enterprise ID): Enter the unique enterprise identifier provided by CellCom.

    7. Archiving Company (if not Smarsh): Enter the name of the company who wish to archive the data.

    8. Archiving Destination (if not Smarsh): Enter the destination where you wish to archive the data.

      Note

      If all users are associated with the same BAN, you can enter the BAN number in the Account Details tab instead of on the Users tab.

    9. Company Email Domain(s): Enter the email domain of the company.

  3. Provide the following details in the Users tab for each subscriber you want to activate the CellCom Capture to:

      • First Name: Enter the first name of the employee.

      • Last Name: Enter the last name of the employee.

      • Email Address: Enter the email address of the employee which is passed as metadata to archive with each archived message.

      • Mobile Phone: Enter the mobile number in the international mobile number format.

      • BAN: Enter your Billing Account Number (BAN), a unique identification number assigned by CellCom to you for billing purposes. You can see BAN on your monthly phone bill.

      • MSD Code: Enter the unique enterprise identifier provided by CellCom.

  4. Share the updated excel sheet with the CellCom account manager and the Smarsh support team.
