Microsoft 365 Connector
The Microsoft 365 Connector streamlines the integration of Capture Mobile products with Microsoft 365, enabling organizations to deliver captured communications directly into their Microsoft 365 environment for storage and compliance workflows. When using this connector, administrators should be aware of certain message delivery and storage limitations within Microsoft 365 that may affect how messages are processed.
Capture Mobile also supports capturing text messages in Microsoft 365 FedRAMP Government environments. For more information, see Microsoft 365.
SMTP Connector
The SMTP Connector enables organizations to archive mobile communications by forwarding captured messages to a designated mailbox using the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP). Messages can be delivered to a central mailbox or individual employee mailboxes and may be sent as standard email messages or in journaling format for archiving systems. For more information, see SMTP.
SFTP Connector
The SFTP Connector enables the secure transfer of captured communications to an SFTP server for archival or downstream processing. Messages and attachments are delivered as compressed ZIP files that may contain EML files or a combination of attachment folders and CSV metadata files. For more information, see SFTP.
