WhatsApp Business API allows users to send API messages. WhatsApp Cloud Capture archives the API request and response.
Note
The phone number of the sender and recipient of an API messages are archived as the From and To parameter, respectively. The name is not archived.
To initiate communication:
The sender sends a special API request.
The recipient approves the request for communication.
