Saving a Template

On the Reporting page, you can generate customized reports such as Call Duration, Call Volume, Evaluation Counts, Evaluation Scores, and Speech Analytics using tailored selection criteria. Once generated, these reports can be saved as templates, allowing users to quickly reproduce them later with the same parameters. This functionality significantly enhances efficiency and consistency in reporting workflows.

Through the Saved Template feature, users can:

  • Reuse report configurations without recreating filters or settings.

  • Maintain uniform reporting standards across teams and periods.

To save a generated report as a template:

  1. Log in to the CR&A UI.

  2. Click Reporting menu.

  3. On the Reporting page, define the parameters based on your requirement. For more information, see Generating Reports.

  4. Once the parameters are defined, click Save Template.

  5. In the Save Template dialog, enter a name in the Template Name box, then click Save.

    The template is saved.
