Performing Actions on the Generated Report

You can easily interact with the generated report to customize its view, save the current chart, toggle data display, and explore detailed agent-level metrics. This section guides you through all available actions so you can tailor the report to your needs.

Customizing the View

To customize the report view, click the Reverse axes button to transpose the chart orientation, or toggle between bar and line chart types for different visual perspectives.

Saving the Chart

To preserve your current chart layout, click the Save Chart button. This action stores the chart for future reference or to share with stakeholders.

Toggling Data Display

To focus on visuals without distraction, click Hide Text Data to hide the underlying data table and declutter the view.

Averaging Data Points (Average by X / Average by Y)

The Average by X and Average by Y options let you control how the report aggregates data visually:

  • Average by Y: When enabled, the chart shows the average of all Y-values grouped under each unique X-value. For example, if multiple call counts or durations are recorded for the same agent or date, this option plots the average instead of individual data points. This simplifies visualization and highlights overall trends per category.

  • Average by X: This option, conversely, computes the average X-value for each unique Y-value.

Expanding List Details

To explore specific metrics, click a row (for example, Agent: Ramon Sotolongo) to expand and reveal incoming, outgoing, and total call counts.

Exporting List Details

To export list details click the   icon.
