This section is where you assign a weight to each agent to influence the randomness of their calls being selected. The higher the weight, the greater the chance of the agent's calls being included in the random selection process.
Agents List: This is a list of all agents.
Weight: You can assign a weight to each agent to guide the randomizer to include more or fewer of their calls.
0: An agent's calls are not included in the randomizer queue.
50: An agent's calls are shown two times less often.
100: An agent's calls are shown at the normal rate.
400: An agent's calls are shown four times more often.
800: An agent's calls are shown eight times more often.
Items per-page: This drop-down menu allows you to change the number of agents returned on each page.
Update: Any changes made on this page will enable the Update button, which you can click to save your changes.
Each column in the data table can also be sorted and filtered by clicking on the column heading.
Note
The default column filter option is Starts With, which helps users quickly narrow down results based on values that begin with the entered characters. This filter is applicable only to text-based columns and does not apply to non-text columns such as dates or durations.
