This section allows you to define what percentage of incoming and outgoing calls should be included in the randomized evaluation. The combined value of both fields must equal 100%.
Incoming: This field allows you to enter a percentage to define the weighting for incoming calls. For example, a value of 90 means 90% of the calls selected will be incoming calls.
Outgoing: This field allows you to enter a percentage to define the weighting for outgoing calls. For example, a value of 10 means 10% of the calls selected will be outgoing calls.
